 Soul Companioning is a concept introduced to me via the writings of St Teresa of Avila. She believed that in order to navigate the journey of the soul we need companions, those we can talk to who understand or are just willing to listen with the ear of compassion and non judgment. This is done with someone who has traveled the road, done the work, and can support others along their way. I am one of those people. I have been a student of the soul for over 30 years and a practitioner for over 25. I believe in not going it alone. Your soul is precious, and you deserve to dwell in the beauty of your true self.
